We currently ship to India. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.
Order processing
We process orders after confirmation. For personalised jerseys, we confirm printing availability and any additional preparation time before production.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 days, depending on your location.
These timelines are estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, including any cash-on-delivery fees, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping is available across India.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details through your order updates. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the courier’s website.
Delivery address
Please provide your complete address, PIN code, and an active phone number.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes after dispatch depend on the courier’s ability to update the delivery details. Any additional charges will be explained before you agree to them.
Missed or unsuccessful delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, contact us to arrange the next steps. Any applicable redelivery charges will be disclosed in advance. Customers will not be charged for delivery failures caused by KickVault or its delivery partner.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, or it arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.
We will investigate with the delivery partner and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation before dispatch is subject to whether customisation has started. After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
